Before we checked Frank into the hospital we had a healing ceremony at the tribe's long house. Dr Johnny Moses came to perform the ceremony and family members from the area came as well. After the ceremony Dr Moses gave us a prayer candle to burn through out the stay at the hospital. His cousin also made a prayer basket for him. The hospital would not let us burn the candle so we had to wait until we were able to leave... So we decided to go to Old Man's house to burn the candle. Old Man's House is where the tribes long house was and where Chief Seattle lived... It was a very special experience.
