Kyle wanted to be a super hero for Halloween. And I knew that if Kyle had a cape, Grace would have to have one too. But she didn't want to be a superhero.. so we made a compromise...Little Red Riding hood. (I love ebay..)
In lieu of going trick or treating (call me crazy but trick or treating in the dark and in the snow just does not sound all that appealing..) we went to Kyle's school for their parade/party. We stayed the whole afternoon and even Grace got to play. She of course makes it very difficult to take a nice picture of her... this was one of the best! What a goof!
Kyle is our thoughtful and quite guy. He has learned that he has to stand up for himself or his sister is going to whoop his tail! (she has been known to pull him off the couch by his hair if he doesn't "hop" to it!) But in class. (when he is not hiding under the table) he loves to do his work... We always have to do some type of homework when he gets home...
